Thanks to its solvent-free and filler-containing properties, this adhesive is ideal for color-matched and permanent bonding of large surfaces of light-colored ceramics. It offers excellent adhesion for both indoor and outdoor applications. The creamy-soft consistency allows for easy application, even for vertical bonding of exposed joints. Larger gaps can also be filled without problems. The convenient cartridge system makes mixing and dosing easier, while the low shrinkage causes only minimal tension in the adhesive layer.

Application Steps for Everclear Colored Adhesive

1. Preparation:
   Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dust-free, dry, and roughened.
2. Prepare Cartridge:
   Remove the cap and insert the cartridge into the two-component joint press gun (Art. 12987). Squeeze the handle until material is released, and attach the mixing nozzle. The first 10 cm of the mixture should not be used.
3. Mixing:
   Without a mixing nozzle, the two components should be thoroughly mixed.
4. Application:
   The working time is approximately 20 minutes at 20°C. After 4 to 5 hours, the parts are ready for transport, and fully loadable after 10 hours. Maximum strength is reached after 48 hours. Higher temperatures accelerate the curing process, while lower temperatures can slow it down.
