The filler-containing, solvent-free Everclear 2-component colour adhesive is ideal for the permanent and colour-matched bonding of large-area, light-coloured ceramics in interior and exterior areas. The creamy-soft consistency makes the adhesive very easy to work with. It can also be used for vertical bonding of visible joints. A wide bonding gap is also possible with the Everclear 2-component colour adhesive. The cartridge system makes mixing and dosing easier. Due to the low shrinkage, there is only minimal tension in the adhesive layer.
1. First clean the substrate, remove dust, roughen and ensure that it is completely dry.
2. Then remove the cartridge cap, insert the cartridge into the 2-component caulking gun (Art. 12987) and operate the handle until material emerges from both openings. Then screw on the mixing nozzle. The first 10 cm from the mixing nozzle should not be used.
3. When using without mixing nozzles, mix both components well.
4. The mixture can be processed at 20° for approx. 20 minutes, after 4 - 5 hours the bonded parts are ready for transport and can be loaded and processed after approx. 10 hours. The adhesive reaches its maximum strength after 48 hours. Heat accelerates curing, cold delays it.
