Everclear 300 2-component color adhesive gray, Art. no. 12996
Everclear 2-component colour adhesive is the ideal choice for the seamless bonding of ceramic, natural and artificial stone in outdoor areas. This solvent-free, filler-containing adhesive is perfect for colour-matched and durable bonding of large, light-coloured ceramic surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its creamy-soft consistency, the adhesive is easy to work with and is particularly suitable for vertical bonding of visible joints. The adhesive also enables wider gaps to be filled. The innovative cartridge system facilitates mixing and dosing, while the low shrinkage minimises tension in the adhesive layer.

Application:
- Preparation of the substrate: Ensure that the surfaces are clean, dust-free and dry. If necessary, they should be roughened.
- Insert cartridge: Remove the cap from the cartridge and insert it into the 2-component caulking gun (Art. 12987). Press the handle until material emerges from both openings and then screw on the mixing nozzle. The first 10 cm from the mixing nozzle should not be used.
- Mix the components: If necessary, mix both components thoroughly without the mixing nozzle.
- Working time: The mixture can be worked for about 20 minutes at 20°C. The bonded parts can be transported after 4 to 5 hours and loaded after approx. 10 hours. The adhesive reaches its full strength after 48 hours. Higher temperatures accelerate curing, while lower temperatures slow it down.
