The easy installation with the tile levelling system from KARL DAHM

Lay even large, thick slabs 12 - 30 mm thick without overlapping and perfectly with the Tile Levelling System and the new, extra long threaded tabs with 3 mm joint width from KARL DAHM. 

Application:

1. Make sure the substrate is perfectly prepared, it should not have any hollow or raised areas
   
   
2. Apply the adhesive evenly. For large tiles, you should use the buttering-floating method (apply the adhesive both to the substrate and a thin layer to the back of the tile)
   
   
3. Place the first tile in the adhesive and place (depending on the side length of the tile) two to three threaded tabs under the tile, place the next tile on the first tile so that the threaded tabs are fixed between the tiles
   
   
4. Turn the pulling caps onto the threaded tabs and level the tiles to a level
   
   
5. Allow the tile adhesive to cure as usual, after which the pulling hoods can be turned off. The threaded tabs are broken off in the direction of the joint at the predetermined breaking point, the base plates of the threaded tabs are not visible under the tiles and can be grouted as usual.
