Scope of delivery:
- 2500 T-piece threaded brackets for 2 mm joint width
Application:
The threaded lugs fit all pulling hoods of the Levelmac tile levelling system from KARL DAHM. When using the T-pieces, we recommend the additional use of the basic threaded lugs for levelling the tiles. The T-pieces threaded lugs can only be used when laying in half or quarter-bracing, as they have a T-shaped web on the base plate. (See Cross threaded tee joints can only be used when laying in cross-ties like a joint cross).
- place the first tile in the adhesive bed and place a threaded tab (base) under the tile Place the next tile so that the threaded tab is fixed in the joint between the tiles (the web of the threaded tab can be used as a joint spacer). If you are laying the tiles in half or quarter-bond, insert the T-pieces threaded tabs in the appropriate places (T-joint).
- now screw the pulling hoods onto the protruding threads of the base and T-brackets, thus levelling the adjacent tiles. When all tiles are level, allow the adhesive to dry thoroughly.
- the pulling hoods can now be turned off and reused. The threads of the threaded lugs must be broken off in the direction of the joint. The base plates remain invisible in the adhesive.
- grout your tiled floor as usual. A perfect tiled floor free of overdentures is finished.
