Further information:

The elastic rubber mat is very robust, the studs are flexible so that it is not a problem if you touch the studs with a tool while cutting or drilling.

Glue etc. can be easily applied to the firm surface. To clean the Karl Dahm rubber work mat, it is sufficient to clean the flexible mat with a jet of water. The flexible nubs can be easily bent apart, so you can also clean the spaces in between.
