The universal dust extraction hood including brush rim is used for dust extraction during grinding work with diamond cup wheels. The dust is considerably minimized by the brush rim. This ensures healthier and cleaner work and protects your respiratory tract and health.
The turbosegmented diamond cup wheel is suitable for working on concrete and hard building materials, especially for removing protrusions in the material. The material removal is fast and efficient. Due to the large suction openings and the 22.23 mm bore, the diamond cup grinder can be operated with commercially available angle grinders, concrete grinders, concrete cutters and floor grinders in combination with a suction system. Likewise, the diamond cup wheel has a very long service life in the specified materials.

A great advantage of using the Universal Dust Extraction Hood and Diamond Grinding Cup is that you do not need additional respiratory protection. Nevertheless, we recommend the additional protection by a mask.
By moving a partial segment of the dust extraction hood, grinding close to the wall is possible.

The scope of delivery includes:

• 1 clamping key for the angle grinder
• 1 rubber connecting tube for the dust extractor
• 4 adapter rings for different angle grinders
• Diamond cup wheel

Mounting:
The dust extraction hood can be mounted on angle grinders with a clamping flange of approx. 38-51 mm in connection with a Ø115 mm or a Ø125 mm diamond cup wheel.

The delivery is made without angle grinder.
