Many work processes are associated with different grinding and polishing work.
The high demands placed on grinding and polishing tools include ergonomic designs, user-orientated technology implementation, simple operation, low maintenance and a long service life.
There are various sanding processes. Unevenness, scratches and dirt are removed by so-called coarse sanding. An almost even surface is achieved. With surface sanding, all excess teeth are also removed. Fine sanding gives you a mirror-smooth surface.

Grinding discs are rotationally symmetrical bodies that are attached to a grinding machine / angle grinder and are used for grinding or polishing. Grinding is generally a process in which the surface is sanded, smoothed or other materials are removed from the floor, for example. Different grinding discs are used depending on the material. In addition to the material, you must also pay attention to the respective grit size of the sanding discs. The smaller the grit size, the finer and smoother the surface to be processed. Soft sanding discs are more suitable for hard materials and vice versa. When sanding hard materials with soft sanding discs, the abrasive grains of the disc are more likely to break off, resulting in new, razor-sharp grains.
