Threaded lugs with T-joint for quarter or half-bonded installation. The T-pieces should be used in addition to the basic threaded lugs of the tile levelling system.
Included in delivery:
- 2500 T-piece threaded tabs with 3 mm joint bar (blue)
Note: For quick differentiation of the joint widths, all cross and T-thread brackets are divided into different colours:
- yellow = 2 mm joint width
- blue = 3 mm joint width
- green = 4 mm joint width
Application of the tile levelling system with the T-piece threaded brackets
- put on the adhesive bed and start with the basic threaded tabs Place the first tile in the adhesive and place the basic threaded tabs under the tile along the side of the tile (depending on the format) (for a side length of 60 cm we recommend 2 basic tabs per side, inserted approx. 10 cm from the tile corner)
- lay the next tile so that the base tabs are fixed in the joint For half-bonded installation, a T-piece is placed in the T-joint
- screw the pulling hoods onto the threaded lugs (base and T-pieces) and level the adjacent tiles to one level. Allow the adhesive to cure completely
- unscrew the pulling hoods from the threaded lugs and break off the threads in the direction of the joint. The pulling covers can be reused. Now grout your floor as usual. Nothing more will be visible of the threaded lugs.
