Transporting large tiles safely with the KARL DAHM pump suction lifter
The pump-suction siphon has a triple sealing lip, thanks to which it sucks absolutely firmly even on structured surfaces. The suction power can be precisely dosed thanks to the integrated pump.
The use of the pump-suction siphon
- Place the suction lifter on the tile or slab and make sure that the suction plate lies completely on the material
- By pumping with the pumping plunger, you now generate the suction force of the suction lifter on the material. As soon as the maximum suction power is reached, the ram can no longer be pumped.
- Now the tile can be transported safely (for tiles with a size of 60 cm and above, you should use two pump suction lifters).
- To release the vacuum again, press the metal button at the other end of the handle, the suction lifter detaches from the tile
New: the pump suction lifter with integrated pressure gauge - for additional safety
In order to be able to permanently monitor the suction power, the pump suction lifter has a manometer that displays the suction power at any time. This helps you to avoid damage to the material due to loss of suction power.
