Leveling system threaded lugs for XXL tiles
LAYING TILES EVENLY AS IF BY HAND!
But what is a leveling system and, above all, what are threaded lugs?
The leveling system is a process that helps to create an evenly laid joint pattern. All that is needed are tension hoods and threaded lugs. More on the application later. There are various threaded lugs, such as cross lugs, T-pieces or, as in our example, basic threaded lugs, for the leveling system. Basic threaded lugs are our personal favorites, because with these miracle lugs you can lay large format tiles, porcelain stoneware or all other possible tiles without any problems. The special thing about the basic threaded lugs is that they have a completely flat surface and are therefore suitable for all tiling requirements. Levelling system basic threaded lugs 1mm are now available in a 100-piece pack.
Now a brief guide to using the leveling system and threaded lugs.
- Embed the desired tile in the tile adhesive and place the threaded tab underneath.
- Now lay more tiles to secure the threaded tab.
- Then take the pulling hoods and tighten them onto the lugs. You should keep turning until the tiles have been lowered/lifted to the same level. But be careful, if you over-tighten you will have to start again.
- Once everything is dry, unscrew the pulling hoods and break off the threaded lugs at the predetermined breaking point, in the direction of the joint.
Not yet fully convinced of the leveling system? Let our strong arguments for the leveling system inspire you:
- The leveling system is inexpensive to purchase.
- The required pulling hoods are reusable.
- You are guaranteed satisfied customers thanks to over-tooth-free tiling.
- No extra time is required when using the leveling system.
- The use of the leveling system is learned in a flash.
- No additional tools are required for the leveling system.
- There are no more complaints, because the leveling system creates an even tile pattern.
