Scope of delivery:
500 pieces threaded tabs, 3 mm, suitable for tile thicknesses up to 17 mm.
Laying tiles that are getting bigger and bigger is proving to be an increasing challenge for the tiler. The oversized tiles require special care and it is not uncommon for ugly edges and excess teeth to appear, disrupting the perfect grout pattern. Lay tiles in no time and without over-teeth with the original leveling system from the multiple award-winning market leader Karl Dahm.
The Tiramisu leveling system is used during tile installation and ensures that two adjacent tiles are brought to the same level. This method avoids edges and excess teeth, so that nothing stands in the way of a level floor surface. The tile leveling system is equally suitable for tile layers and do-it-yourselfers.
You too can benefit from the Tiramisu leveling system:
Simple, fast and inexpensive
Laying flat
For different materials such as tiles, natural stone, ceramics and porcelain stoneware
For different tile thicknesses up to 17 mm
Especially for large format tiles
Reliable overtooth-free laying
reusable pulling hoods
for floor and wall laying
perfect grouting without additional tools
And this is how The Leveler works:
Prepare the substrate as usual. After it has been properly pretreated, you can start laying the tiles with the laying aid.
Apply tile adhesive to the substrate and embed the first tile, insert threaded tabs under the tile (approx. 5 cm from the corners, and also every 15-20 cm for large-format tiles).
Lay second tile, threaded tabs ensure even joints
Turn the pulling hoods on the threaded tabs until resistance is felt, so that tiles are leveled, i.e. on one level
After the adhesive has cured, remove the reusable pull hoods and step off threaded tabs at their predetermined breaking points. The base of the tabs remains invisible under the tiles. Threaded tab remnants can be swept up with brooms and disposed of.
To prevent discoloration of the tiles, we recommend using our washers, Art. no. 12489 under the pull caps.
