The decisive factor for a good embedding is the size of the notches. If they are too big there is almost no way to get the mats evenly embedded and if the notches are too small the membrane will be insufficiently embedded.
These special Karl Dahm® trowels will do the job! You will achieve best possible embedding while using less adhesive.
