Cutting and laying mitered tiles and natural stone is all the rage. The so-called jolly edges have a high-quality look and make the surfaces appear to be made from a single piece. Laying on miters is considered the most difficult type of laying.
The Karl Dahm mitre cutter makes it much easier for you to create a 45 degree cut on almost any material. Reduce the time required and the risk of damaging the edges when cutting freehand!
Hook the angle grinder with the disc guard into the notches provided (115 mm or 125 mm) and tighten with the locking screw. It is best to use a speed-controlled angle grinder with at least 800 watts of power. Mitre discs are highly recommended as cutting discs! For example, our Allround cutting and grinding wheel, item no. 50353, for very fine and clean cuts on materials up to 8 mm thick, or our Jolly-Star wheel, item no. 50354, for materials up to 15 mm thick.
Now hook the suction tube into the notch provided and screw tight. Optionally, the device also works without suction.
The fine adjustment is simple and can be carried out very easily.
With a few test cuts, you can now produce perfect miters yourself with little effort!
