Diamond dry core bit Ø 5 mm with innovative MATRIXTEC coating

With the new diamond core bit from MATRIXTEC you can now drill even faster and longer in tiles, porcelain stoneware and natural stone.

The innovative diamond coating enables improved drilling with improved cooling of the diamonds and a significantly longer service life of your drill bit.

The diamonds are arranged in a controlled manner in the matrix and have a wear-resistant coating that makes the drill bits more durable and cutting than any other diamond drill bits. This not only saves you time, but also money on every drilling job.

The Ø 5 mm diamond dry core bit has an M14 mount and fits any standard angle grinder with an M14 thread.

Using the drill bits is simple:

mount the drill bit on the angle grinder and place it on the material at an angle. Then work your way into the material with pivoting movements. Note that the drill hole becomes slightly larger than the diameter of the core bit. Swiveling movements ensure sufficient cooling of the diamonds and extend the service life of the core bit. Never place the core bit flat on the material to avoid damage.

The new matrix coating ensures better cooling of the diamonds and consistent running of the core bit. This keeps the core bit ready for use for longer periods of time, and saves you money on every hole you drill.
