With this core bit, you can drill holes quickly and precisely in even the hardest materials without having to make any great effort.
The new type of diamond coating provides excellent cooling during the drilling process and increases the service life of the diamond drill bits.
Due to a controlled arrangement of the diamond set in the matrix and a wear-resistant coating, the drill bits are more durable and more cutting than conventional diamond drills. This ensures a very long service life and consistently fast cutting performance.
The diamond dry core bit has an M14 mount and can therefore be easily mounted on almost any angle grinder with an M14 thread.
When using, you should mount the diamond drill bit on the angle grinder (M14 mount), start the angle grinder and insert the drill bit into the material with tumbling (pivoting) movements. Do not lay the core bit flat on the material, as this will not ensure sufficient cooling of the diamonds during drilling and may damage the core bit. Work your way into the material until the hole is complete.
The new matrix coating guarantees better cooling of the diamonds and consistent running of the drill bit. This keeps the drill bit ready for use for a longer period of time and you save costs with every drilling.
