Diamond dry core bit MATRIXTEC 60 mm, Art. 50823 - longer and better drilling with KARL DAHM

The revolutionary MATRIXTEC diamond dry core bit with a diameter of 60 mm enables you to drill holes quickly and precisely in even the hardest materials without having to make any great effort.

Thanks to the innovative diamond coating, excellent cooling during the drilling process is ensured and the service life of the diamond drill bit is increased. Due to a controlled arrangement of the diamond set in the matrix and a wear-resistant coating, the drill bits are more durable and more cutting than conventional diamond drill bits. This enables a very long service life and a consistently fast cutting performance.

The diamond dry core bit has an M14 mount and can therefore be easily mounted on almost any angle grinder with an M14 thread.

When using, mount the diamond core bit on the angle grinder (M14 mount), start the angle grinder and insert the core bit into the material with tumbling (pivoting) movements. Do not lay the core bit flat on the material to ensure sufficient cooling of the diamonds during drilling and to prevent damage to the core bit. Work your way into the material until the hole is complete.

The new matrix coating guarantees better cooling of the diamonds and consistent running of the drill bit. This keeps the drill bit ready for use for a longer period of time and saves you money on every hole.
