The diamond dry core bit from MATRIXTEC is a revolutionary generation of core bits that offers an outstanding solution for precise drilling in even the hardest materials.
With minimal effort, you can achieve holes quickly and accurately without damaging the drill bits. The innovative diamond coating provides excellent cooling during the drilling process and increases the service life of the drill bits. A controlled arrangement of the diamond set in the matrix as well as a wear-resistant coating give the drill bit a higher longevity and cutting ability compared to conventional diamond drills.
The diamond dry core bit is equipped with an M14 mount and can therefore be easily mounted on almost any angle grinder with an M14 thread. In order to cool the diamonds sufficiently during drilling and to avoid damaging the core bit, you should insert the core bit into the material with tumbling movements and not lay it flat on the material. Work your way into the material until the hole is complete.
The new matrix coating ensures better cooling of the diamonds and consistent running of the drill bit. This keeps the drill bit ready for use for longer periods of time and saves you money on every hole you drill.
