Long threaded straps to tile levelling system - NOW NEW – LONGER STRAPS FOR THICKER MATERIALS

The new long standard straps art. 12459 are suitable for particularly thick materials up to 30 mm. This makes our levelling system even more versatile. For example, you can now lay terrace slabs and thick natural stones evenly and without any lippage.

The levelling system with long straps is suitable for tiles from 20 mm up to a thickness of 30 mm. They only work in conjunction with the grey caps. The long standard straps have a 1 mm base height and an extra long thread, which is ideal for laying thick terrace tiles.

THE APPLICATION REMAINS THE SAME:

1. place the standard strap under the first tile, insert the second tile so that the straps are fixed in the joint.
   Do the same for the next three to four tiles.

Now turn the grey caps onto the threads of the straps and lift the tiles to the same level. The caps can be readjusted at any time as long as the adhesive is damp. Proceed as follows over the entire surface to be laid

3. allow the adhesive bed to cure completely. The caps can then be turned off from the threaded straps and reused, while the straps are broken off at their predetermined breaking point or simply walked off and disposed of.

The result is a perfectly leveled floor without any lippage!
