Epoxy-based injection resin 195 ml

Do you have the impression that some of your tiles sound hollow?
Now there is an end to costly removing these tiles. The injection epoxy resin allows for easily repairing your tiles yourself. No special tools are necessary. During the repair of your tiles no dust or dirt develops and already after 3 hours the floor is walkable again.
For every do-it-yourselfer!

  • for use with a normal kit syringe
  • unique 2-component epoxy resin with extremely high adhesive strength
  • the supplied mixing syringe and the corresponding outlet ensure the correct ratio
    and guaranteed adhesion
  • Cold curing - good curing under various conditions

Scope of delivery:

  • 2-component epoxy resin cartridge 195 ml
  • 1x mixing nozzle
  • 1x extension nozzle
  • 1x cobalt drill (2.2 mm)

The application:

  1. Use the drill provided to drill a hole in the longitudinal joint next to the hollow tile and one in the transverse joint. The holes must be drilled perpendicular (85°-95°) to the tile.
  2. Insert the 2-component cartridge into the cartridge gun. Remove the cap and place the mixing nozzle on the cartridge. Press the transparent extension nozzle firmly onto the mixing nozzle. Cut off the tip of the extension nozzle so that the nozzle fits exactly into the drill hole.
  3. Insert the nozzle tip into a drill hole and start injecting. Fill the hollow space under the tile until some injection resin comes up from the other hole. Depending on the direction in which the adhesive was applied, either the hole on the longitudinal joint or the hole on the transverse joint must be filled.
  4. After a drying time of 3 hours, the borehole can be grouted again. The floor should not be walked on before. After 24 hours the floor can be walked on normally again.
