With the new diamond core bits from MATRIXTEC, you can now drill even faster and longer in tiles, porcelain stoneware and natural stone. The innovative diamond coating offers you a completely new drilling experience with improved cooling properties and a significantly longer service life for your drill bits.
The diamonds are carefully arranged in the matrix and have a wear-resistant coating that makes the drill bits longer-lasting and more cutting than any conventional diamond drill bits. This not only saves you time, but also a lot of money every time you drill.
The dry core bit has a diameter of Ø 8 mm and an M14 mount that fits any standard angle grinder with an M14 thread.
Mount the drill bit on the angle grinder and place the drill bit on the material at an angle. Then work your way into the material with swivelling movements. Note that the drill hole will be a few millimetres larger than the diameter of the core bit. The pivoting movements ensure that the diamonds are sufficiently cooled during drilling. However, avoid placing the core bit flat on the material, as this can cause damage and reduce the life of the core bit. Work your way into the material until the hole is complete.
Thanks to the new matrix coating, better cooling of the diamonds and smooth running of the core bit is ensured. This keeps the core bit ready for use for longer and you save costs every time you drill a hole.
