Drill holes in tiles, porcelain stoneware and natural stone now even faster and longer. The innovative diamond coating of these new diamond drill bits presents you with a completely new way of drilling, experience improved cooling of the diamonds during drilling as well as a significantly longer service life of your drill bit.
The diamonds are arranged in a controlled manner in the matrix and have a new, wear-resistant coating that makes the drill bits more durable and more cutting than any diamond drill bits you already know. So not only will you save time, but you'll also save a lot of money every time you drill.
The diamond dry core bit Ø 6mm has an M14 mount and therefore fits on every common angle grinder with M14 thread.
Mount the core bit on the angle grinder and start it. Place the core bit on the material at an angle and work your way into the material with pivoting movements. Note that the drill hole will be a few millimeters larger than the diameter of the drill bit actually is. The pivoting (or tumbling) movements ensure that the diamonds are sufficiently cooled during drilling. Therefore, never place the drill bit flat on the material. This can lead to damage and a shorter service life of the drill bit. Work your way into the material until the hole is complete.
The new matrix coating ensures better cooling of the diamonds and consistent running of the core bit. This keeps the core bit ready for use for a longer period of time, and you save costs on every hole you drill.
