The dry core bit with a diameter of 38 mm (item number 50816) offers an excellent solution for precise drilling in the hardest materials. The drill bits allow for fast and accurate holes without damage to the drill bit with minimal effort.
The innovative diamond coating provides excellent cooling during the drilling process and increases the service life of the drill bits. Due to the specific arrangement of the diamond set in the matrix and the wear-resistant coating, the drill bits have a higher longevity and cutting ability compared to conventional diamond drills. This ensures a very long service life and consistent cutting performance.
The diamond drill bit is equipped with an M14 mount and can therefore be easily mounted on almost any angle grinder with M14 thread.
Mount the diamond drill bit on the angle grinder (M14 mount), start the angle grinder and insert the drill bit into the material with tumbling movements. Do not lay the drill bit flat on the material to ensure sufficient cooling of the diamonds during drilling and to avoid damaging the drill bit. Work your way into the material until the hole is complete.
