The cyclone dust extractor is the ideal solution for clean working environments and efficient work processes. With its compact dimensions of 96 cm long, 46 cm wide and 60 cm high and a weight of 14 kg, the pre-separator can be easily transported on a chassis with swivel castors and saves space in your vehicle. The large collection container with a volume of 75 liters ensures a long service life before emptying is necessary.

The cyclone dust extractor is specially designed for professional use in two applications:

1. Pre-separator during sanding and substrate preparation to capture coarse particles and dust before the vacuum cleaner.
2. Agitation station for filling substrates.

Thanks to the 3.5 meter long suction hose with connection sleeves, the Zyklon dust separator can be easily connected to any commercially available vacuum cleaner with a 50 mm standard connection piece. This guarantees flexible use with different vacuum cleaners.

The cyclone attachment of the dust extractor is the heart of this powerful appliance and ensures efficient dust separation. The cyclone technology swirls the vacuumed dust and dirt in a rotating air stream. The centrifugal force reliably separates the coarse particles from the fine particles in the air before they reach the vacuum cleaner. These then remain in the container, while the fine particles are filtered further in the vacuum cleaner.
