Karl Dahm offers you the cutting carriage for the Kera-Cut rail system so that you can also cut difficult and thicker materials exactly to long lengths. With it, the cutting carriage, you have a high-quality accessory, which is why from now on you can and will easily cut large tiles!

What does the cutting carriage enable you to do?

This makes it possible to machine large porcelain stoneware slabs using an angle grinder mounted on the cutting carriage and a diamond cutting disc. For this purpose, the cutting carriage with cutting wheel is removed from the rail and the cutting carriage Art.: 40699 with ball bearings is mounted. 

In order to achieve a clean and exact cut, we recommend the diamond saw blade Art.: 50250, because with this diamond saw blade material thicknesses up to 20 mm can be processed. This is what we have all been waiting for, because this means that from now on you can finally also cut or process large tiles - without great effort and without major problems! 

The cutting carriage is equipped with robust metal ball bearings and can even be adjusted in the cutting depth! In addition, it has a vacuum cleaner connection for dust-free working. 

Tip: The cutting carriage can be operated with almost any commercially available angle grinder (e.g. FLEX, Bosch, Metabo, etc.) If you do not yet have an angle grinder, or would like to purchase a new angle grinder, we recommend the speed-adjustable angle grinder from Bosch (Art. 40264). With this angle grinder you can process many different materials, thanks to the speed control it is also suitable for polishing and grinding work.
