The cordless tile vibrator "Vibrofix" is an electric tile vibration machine, also known as a tile laying machine. It is used to lay tiles, paving stones, marble, and other slabs by generating high-frequency vibrations through its built-in motor. These vibrations ensure that the tiles are effectively set into the cement mortar or other adhesives.
Designed with a non-marking rubber suction cup, the "Vibrofix" ensures that no marks or discolouration are left on the surface of the tiles or other materials. This feature protects expensive tiles from damage and maintains a clean appearance after installation.
NOTE: Ensure the work area is dry; do not use the machine on wet tiles or under damp conditions to avoid slipping or electrical hazards. When changing the battery or performing maintenance, make sure the machine is turned off and disconnected from the power supply to prevent injuries or electric shocks.
Before first use: Charge one of the special batteries with the special charger. When the battery is fully charged, the charger's indicator light will turn green. Then, insert the battery into the device with the correct alignment.
Position the machine on the tile surface, secure the suction cup by locking it forward, lift the tile and move it to the work area. Then release the suction cup lock. Activate the machine by pressing the switch. Adjust the vibration frequency as needed using the stepless regulator.
