Water pump for coolant supply for our stone cutting machines

• for water with temperature from 5 - 35 ° C
• Coolant supply for diamond tools, cleaning of residues
• Designed for indoor use (Not suitable for use in swimming pools, bathtubs or similar outdoor areas).

• 230V~ 50/60 Hz
• Flow rate Q=850 l/h
• maximum head: 1.5 m
• Cable type: HO5RNF (neoprene) with 3 x 0.75 mm² cross-section

For mounting, always mount the water pump with the motor shaft in horizontal position.

For maintenance of the water pump:

• Maintenance-free water pump
• self-lubricating motor, does not require any oil additives
• Outer casing cannot be opened, it must be replaced if pump or cable defects occur.
• for optimum service life, regularly remove the dirt residues accumulated in the front part of the filter (white part), the sieve part can be removed by a quick rotary movement

Troubleshooting:

1. The pump does not start: Possible cause is an incorrectly connected or damaged supply cable. Check the supply cable or have it checked. It is also possible that there is no voltage on the circuit. Check or have the circuit checked for this.
2. Water is not pumped: there could be an air bubble in the pump. Simply pull the pump out of the water and immerse it again. The impeller may be blocked. Clean the front part of the filter and check whether the impeller can rotate freely.
