The replacement rubbers for the SIMPLEX mallet are available in various sizes and offer different properties depending on the requirements. The soft replacement rubbers are available in sizes 10571 (Ø 30mm), 10573 (Ø 40mm), and 10575 (Ø 50mm), and are characterised by their blue colour. They are made from extra soft thermoplastic elastomers that do not cause colour transfer and provide strong damping. These properties make them ideal for sensitive work where a gentle and protective strike is needed.
The hard replacement rubbers are also available in sizes 10572 (Ø 30mm), 10574 (Ø 40mm), and 10576 (Ø 50mm). These rubbers are grey and made from medium-hard thermoplastic elastomers, which also leave no colour transfer. They offer higher impact force, making them particularly suitable for applications requiring a stronger strike. Both variants of replacement rubbers are designed to be easily replaceable, allowing the mallet to be flexibly adapted to different areas of use.
