Application of the stirrer cleaner:

You start by attaching the stirrer cleaner to the bucket, adding a little water. With the agitator basket attached, they then put the agitator into the bucket and turn it on.
After that, they hold the stirrer basket to the rotor brush insert, which will rotate quickly, allowing the stirrer to be thoroughly cleaned.
