Our grout colourant (Item No. 12408) is suitable for use on epoxy or cementitious grout materials and is specifically optimised for both wet and dry areas.

How It Works – Grouting Made Simple

1. Preparation: Clean the grout thoroughly (e.g., with the grout brush, Item No. 11922) and let it dry completely.
2. Application: Shake the bottle well and apply the grout colourant evenly in a thin layer.
3. Drying: Allow the colour to set for at least 20 minutes.
4. Residue Removal: Wipe off any excess material from the tiles with a damp sponge (Item No. 10226).
5. Final Drying: The surface will be fully usable after 24 hours.

For a second coat, wait 30 minutes before reapplying. If the grout was recently treated, we recommend waiting 48 hours before applying again.

Storage and Application Instructions

• Use Protective Gear: Wear gloves, safety goggles, and, if necessary, a face mask to avoid contact with skin, eyes, or mouth.
• Frost Protection: Store the grout colourant in its original container at temperatures between 10°C and 27°C. Protect it from frost to maintain its effectiveness.
• Avoid Residue: Excess colour should be removed from tiles within five minutes to prevent visible discolouration.
